Exchange 2010. Проблема с делегированием прав на управление группой.

Начиная с RTM 2010 в Exchange отключена (удалены права) функция делегирования полномочий на управление членством в группе.

При попытке назначить правило управления членством в группе вылезает ошибка:
EMS:
 Set-DistributionGroup -BypassSecurityGroupManagerCheck -MemberJoinRestriction 'ApprovalRequired' -MemberDepartRestriction 'Open' -Identity 'exch2010.com/Users/su_group02'

Members can't add themselves to security groups. Please set the group to Closed for requests to join.
